Welcome to Billy. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and the purchase of any products from Billy. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy Policy.

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, dimensions, internal compartment layouts, and prices of products on the Billy store are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen calibration and studio photography lighting.

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless expressly noted.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographic errors without notice.
• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue an immediate refund.

When you place an order with Billy, you make an offer to purchase the selected items in accordance with these terms. An order confirmation email indicates receipt of your request but does not constitute formal acceptance until dispatch occurs.

Billy ships across Australia using trusted domestic freight carriers (including Australia Post and major courier partners). Estimated transit windows are guides and may vary during high-volume sales periods or due to regional logistics delays.

• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address provided at checkout.
• Title and ownership of goods pass once full payment has been received and the order has dispatched.
• Please double-check your shipping details prior to checkout. Additional redelivery fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect address information.

Nothing in our terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or statutory guarantees you possess under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable state and territory legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billy excludes all implied warranties, representations, and conditions, whether statutory or otherwise, except for those non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Billy’s liability for breach of a statutory condition or warranty is limited at our option to: (a) the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods; (b) the repair of the goods; (c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods; or (d) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

All content published on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, bag design elements, copywriting, photography, graphics, icons, and software—is the property of Billy or its licensors and is protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, store, transmit, or commercialize any material found on this website without express prior written consent from Billy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in the event of any legal proceeding or dispute.
