What is your return policy?

We offer a fuss-free 30-day trial period. If you do not completely love your Billy tote, send it back in its original condition for a full refund or swap for another colour under our return policy. Please note that our change-of-mind return policy excludes Accessories products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once our Brisbane warehouse inspects your returned bag, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
